    I start with the exact friction: the boring click, the fragile process, the recurring business chore that deserves a better tool.

    The first version is not a pitch deck. It is a working solution: data, workflows, edge cases, recovery paths, and enough polish to trust it.

    Refine until you don't want to miss it

    Good software earns its place. I refine interactions, performance, and copy until the product feels indispensable in hindsight.
